询问和回答
要达成圆满的交易，首先必须了解顾客的想法，因此如何去询问就显得非常重要。 通常使用“May I….?”或“Would you like (to) …?”是最恰当的态度。然后拿出商品， 再问一句： “Would you like to buy such … ?”(您想买这种…… 吗?)如果顾客愿意看，可在 其看好后再问一句：“How is it,sir/madam?”(先生/女士>,您觉得如何?)就会更显 得热情周到了。
